Full-Stack Software Engineer

We’re hiring engineers, operators, and builders who want to move fast, take on extreme ownership, and get capability into the hands of warfighters in months, not years.

What you will be doing

• Develop PC/mobile user interfaces for our systems. Different applications would variously support everyone from end users to engineering to the production team.

• Develop robust software for evaluating the performance of different areas across the product line.

• Develop great internal tools to improve workflows throughout the company.

• Develop Android applications that integrate with our systems and ATAK.

You should have the following

• Experience in writing robust, maintainable web applications

• React, Go, Express, PostgresQL, Docker, TypeScript, Pythonf

• Semantic versioning, Git, AWS, or other Cloud Compute/Storage solutions.

• Experience working in RPC-based systems (Protobuf / gRPC)

• Great understanding of computer science fundamentals, most importantly, data structures and building reusable and extensible code.

• Bachelors in a relevant field or 3+ years of relevant experience

• Must be able to work independently with little instruction and strong communication skills to work with and support multiple sub-teams.

• Graphana dashboard, InfluxDB experience

• Writing Android / iOS native applications

• The Electron framework

• Building CI/CD systems

• Kubernetes

• Zero-trust security architecture

• Raspberry Pi

• Embedded Linux, and embedded system interfacing

• Identity management systems

• FPV knowledge always helps

US Salary Range

$100,000 - $200,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are considered part of Neros' total compensation package.
