About the Company

Reflect Orbital

Reflect Orbital is a Los Angeles-based renewable energy company pioneering the delivery of sunlight on demand by building a constellation of in-space mirrors. Their innovative technology captures sunlight in orbit and redirects it to Earth, enabling solar farms and lighting infrastructure to receive sunlight even after sunset. This approach aims to unlock the vast, untapped potential of solar energy—24 trillion times more than humanity currently uses—by making it available around the clock, thus supporting a sustainable, solar-powered future.

Founded in 2021, Reflect Orbital is a fast-growing, privately held company with a small, agile team of engineers focused on rapid, iterative development. The company recently secured $20 million in Series A funding led by Lux Capital, reflecting strong investor confidence in its vision. Employees at Reflect Orbital are part of a mission-driven culture that values innovation, speed, and the opportunity to make a global impact by reimagining how humanity accesses and uses clean energy. This is an exciting environment for those passionate about space technology, sustainability, and working at the cutting edge of renewable energy solutions.
