Radiant is pioneering the development of the world’s first mass-produced portable nuclear microreactors, with its flagship product, Kaleidos, designed to deliver 1 MW of clean, resilient power anywhere it’s needed. These compact reactors are engineered to replace diesel generators in remote locations, provide backup power for critical infrastructure like hospitals and data centers, and support military operations. Kaleidos units are factory-assembled, fueled, and tested for rapid deployment, require no on-site water, and use meltdown-proof TRISO fuel for enhanced safety. The reactors are designed for easy transport by truck or aircraft, can be refueled at the factory, and leave no nuclear waste or infrastructure at the deployment site, making them a sustainable and flexible energy solution.

Founded in 2020 and headquartered in El Segundo, California, Radiant is rapidly scaling, with plans to begin testing its first reactor in 2026 and start customer deployments by 2028.
